New Gericke Continuous Mixer GCM 800 ECB and 1200 ECB
New Gericke Continuous Mixer GCM 800 ECB and 1200 ECB
Highest mixing homogeneity and the hygienic design characterize the continuous mixers GCM made by Gericke. The series has now been further improved by the models type GCM ECB. With the latest design it is possible to extract the drive and the mixer housing for easy access. The mixer has 3 operation positions: - 1 Mixing position - 2 Cleaning positions The GCM 800 ECB and 1200 ECB are equipped with a cantilevered shaft and a shaft seal which can be dismantled completely in a very simple way. In this hygienic version, the parts in contact with the product are polished. The mixer has no hollow bodies where residue can build up. The experiences made with the mixers during the operation have been incorporated in the design of this latest model. For the user it means a remarkable improvement in regard of accessibility to all components and excellent cleanability of the mixer. The GCM mixer is suitable for the operation in ATEX zones. Optionally the mixer can be

Hygienic Compact Containment system
Hygienic Compact Containment system
Dinnissen Process Technology introduce Hygienic Compact Containment system. This concept was developed especially for environments in which it is necessary, for reasons of hygiene, explosion hazard or the emission of toxic and/or sensitizing substances , to work very hygienically, safely and efficiently. This concept combines the quick and thorough cleaning of production processes with an extremely effective containment of even the finest particles. The ability to quickly and thoroughly clean production processes is becoming increasingly crucial, as more and more producers choose to invest in a single process line for the production of several products. This is based on its compact design and the fact that all the process equipment is quickly and easily accessible. This is also why Dinnissen fits its mixing and grinding installations with oversized inspection hatches and easily removable mixing shafts. As a result, all the interior parts of the machines are optimally

Dinnissen introduces Dry Cleaning in Place for air-based quick, efficient and hygienic cleaning of mixing systems
Dinnissen introduces Dry Cleaning in Place
for air-based quick, efficient and hygienic cleaning of mixing systems Dinnissen Process Technology has developed the fully automatic air-based Dry Cleaning in Place concept. The new method allows companies to clean their mixing and transport systems quickly, efficiently and hygienically. Weighing bunkers, mixers and storage bunkers are blow-cleaned, removing 99.9% of any residual materials. The system is especially suitable for companies in the feed, food and chemical industries. It allows them to benefit by reducing labour costs, minimizing downtime when switching from one product to another, preventing the loss of raw materials, and eliminating clumping, sticking/caking (contamination) and growth of microorganisms. Fully automatic cleaning system based on dry air Companies that wish to clean their mixing system after a product switch often do so manually using traditional cleaning techniques such as water, cleaning agents, and knocking or sweeping away residual materials. This is very labour-intensive and not always effective enough.
