Automatic Bulk Scale for flour

Abs-xf The ABS-XF Automatic hopperscale is designed for automatic weighing of milling flour. It can be used for internal use or in legal metrology to equip a loading station. Dedicated to grain flour weighing The ABS-XF hopperscale is robust and easy to use. Components are located outside for safety and maintenance. The structure is made of S235G steel with food grade coating, meeting all requirements from the Agro-Industry sector. Connected to our I 410 ABS Controller, the scale can be used for legal for trade operation as vehicle loading.

WEIGH2FLOW

Stay connected to your conveyors The smartphone application WEIGH2FLOW allows you to keep an eye on the flow rates of your conveyors, wherever you are. Available for Android and IOS, WEIGH2FLOW displays the activity of your belt scales (up to 20 belt scales covered) on your smartphone and can manage several sites. The filter applied on the data allows you to select a particular scale or to zoom in on a specific production site. The WEIGH2FLOW application is free and does not require any subscription. It is compatible with our new i40BS Connected range of indicators. It also pairs with Databulk BS, our continuous weighing management software, or with our electro-generator for an autonomous installation on long-distance belts.

Precia Molen producing special automatic discontinuous totalizing bulk hopp

Dynamic weighing from fertilizers and phosphates Over the past four decades Precia-Molen has established a worldwide reputation as the leading supplier for weighing equipment for use in bulk transhipment and storage facilities. The proven concept of one basic design for multi purpose applications in intake, transhipment and out loading operations, makes the standard ABS-xl scale suitable for a wide range of dry free-flowing bulk commodities such as cereals, expellers, tapioca, soya meal and many derivatives. Special version are available for fertilizers, sugars and liquids. The standard Automatic Bulk Scales type XL are suitable for dry and free flowing bulk products with a bulk density of 0.5 – 1 t/m3. Products with lower bulk densities are also handled by the ABS and specials designs always possible on request. For products with higher bulk densities (for example fertilizers up to 1.2 t/m3) small modifications are sufficient. Precia Molen received last year a special demand from customer for weighing
