Trelleborg Sealing Solutions has identified the FPSO (Floating Production Storage and Offloading) world as a growth initiative. Therefore a FPSO Focus Group was grounded in 2010. The group supports the local Marketing Companies with technical knowledge and advice.
The FPSO Focus Group is based in The Netherlands (Barendrecht) and due to additional projects additional capacity is required.

Tasks:
Project management from RFQ until Quotation
Contact Marketing Companies regarding Quotations and Orders,
Contact factories regarding technical issues, delivery and prices
Contact customers, technical contact point
Supporting Marketing Companies regarding deliveries
Document control
Handling of complaints from FPSO customers (Creating/Handling Non Conformity reports and 8-D reports)
Occasional making of cross section drawings
Archive Management (store paper and digital forms in the FPSO Focus system)
Handle and arrange special requirements for the customer
Arranging tests which are required on a project base
Inspection of the delivered goods and supervising customer inspections
Creating Vendor Databooks
Requesting pricing and deliveries at JDE system and factories
Attend and support installation of TSS products at customer site
Attend project progress meetings and kick off meetings at customer at site

Skills:
Knowledge of FPSO and Offshore O&G market desired
Computer skills (Office, ERP, Solid Edge/CAD)
Project management
Fluent in English (speaking and writing)
Technical Bachelor degree
Working in a team environment (in close cooperation with document controller)
Helicopter view
Working under pressure and with deadlines
Offshore mind set (handling and acting)
Availability to travel
