VDL Industrial Products, based in Eindhoven, the Netherlands, has been manufacturing rotary valves since 1969. The VDL cast iron rotary valves are being used in dust collection, as airlocks under dust filters and cyclones. As dosing unit the rotary valves have been used successfully in powder- and granulate processes.
The well known Dutch rotary valve manufacturer responds to the needs of industry to expands their product line with two high capacity rotary valves; named the HT 450 & HT 550 (a capacity of up to 100 m3/h!). The manufacturing process and facilities of VDL are well equipped to manufacture also custom made rotary valves.
VDL has planned to launch the new series of valves, with new types of rotors, during the Solids exhibition in Rotterdam and the Powtech exhibition in Nurnberg.
