Local customer Local customer care is key to success for easyFairs® Solids European Series™    SCHÜTTGUT Dortmund a sell-out 

easyFairs, Europe’s leading organiser of time & cost-effective trade shows, has announced that the German edition of its Solids European Series™ (SES), SCHÜTTGUT Dortmund 2011, has sold out. Two halls at the Westfalenhallen Dortmund will be filled to capacity with 300 stands on 18 & 19 May 2011. This follows SES editions at Antwerp (SOLIDS, 6 & 7 April 2011) and Basel (SCHÜTTGUT, 4 & 5 May 2011), which attracted 250 exhibitors. The Solids European Series is the largest trade show brand in the powder & bulk solids processing, handling and transportation sector.

The reason for the series’ success is the strong relationship with the powder and bulk solids community across Europe and in specific regional markets. There are dedicated SES executives based in easyFairs offices in Belgium, Germany, Switzerland, Poland and the Netherlands. They interact on a daily basis with more than 900 exhibitors as well as the many thousands of visitors who attend the shows.

“It has been six years since I started working on SOLIDS Rotterdam, so I learned a lot about this vital industry thanks to permanent contacts with my exhibitors”, says Marita Marcelis, SES Sales Executive for the Netherlands. “And now that SOLIDS is becoming the reference brand in Europe I also get many enquiries from Dutch suppliers about Antwerp and Dortmund. Since they all have the same format I can answer all their questions with confidence and ensure that they have an experience that is as successful and rewarding as it is at Rotterdam.” Marita Marcelis

It is part of the easyFairs DNA to design and produce highly targeted and specialised trade shows and to present them in key locations at the heart of buyer markets.
