Brussels-based organiser of time & cost-effective trade shows easyFairs has launched the Solids European Series™ (SES). SOLIDS Antwerp, SCHÜTTGUT Basel and SCHÜTTGUT Dortmund are all taking place in April and May of 2011 and editions at Rotterdam and Kraków will follow later in the year. The Solids European Series® is already the largest trade show brand in Europe in this sector, with 900 exhibitors.
“We strongly believe that this decentralised model offers highly targeted value to both our exhibitor and visitor audiences within the European powder & bulk solids community across,” commented Eric Préat, Vice President Product Development at easyFairs.
“We’re only at the start of this development,” added Préat. “With a network of shows in top strategic locations such as Rotterdam, Antwerp, Dortmund, Basel and Krakow, and with a network of highly competent and dedicated easyFairs sales executives in each country, the Solids European Series will cross the 1,000-exhibitor barrier very soon.”
International participation at the Solids European Series jumped to almost 20% over the past year, with more than 150 suppliers exhibiting at shows abroad. “This is a true reflection of the international character of solids processing engineering, and a proof that we made the right choice in launching our shows at the very heart of key bulk solids markets in Europe,” said Préat.
