Brabender Technologie KG, have extend its FlexWall® feeding program, with a `Food Design` and a `Sanitary Design`.
These FlexWall® feeders are based on the successful FlexWall®Plus series and designed in consultation with the EHEDG. They are suitable for feeding bulk solids under hygienic conditions in the chemical, pharmaceutical and food industries and meet the EHEDG recommendations, EU directives and DIN EN standards.
In the new design, different combinations of materials and implementation details are possible such as a SEW Aseptic drive, stainless steel mounting plate and terminal boxes, FDA approved flexible PU trough , Tri-clamp connections, etc. The implementation is by application to the wishes of the end customer. The feeders are available in both single-and twin-screw and very quickly and easily removable for proper cleaning.
All feeders of the FlexWall®- and FlexWall®Plus Series are available as gravimetric or volumetric dosing. Also the FDA approved flexible PU trough now applied in ATEX II 1D, 2D and 3D.
