Master Engineering b.v., from Ede, Holland, has been appointed as distributor by Sick Maihak for the Bulkscan Volume Measurement System.
The Bulkscan measures the volume in m³/uur which is been transported by a belt.
Above the belt, a laser sensor will be mounted, which continuously is projecting the cross view in (m²) of the product . The belt speed (m/s) is measured as well, and within the electronics, the volume is calculated constantly in m³/uur, which can be forwarded by mA-signal or serial to a PLC.
The system is simple to be mounted and easily to be calibrated !
The delivery program of Master Engineering consists more: belt scales, dosing belts, screw weigh systems, impact flow meters, bin weigh systems, batch systems, moisture measurement, flow meter pneumatic transport, flow-no-flow detection, metal detection.
