If one wants to weigh or dose in a system of screw conveyors, there is still often chosen to fit in for example a belt conveyor with beltscale or an other type of measurement, to foresee in measuring or dosing.
Since years we design, manufacture, supply, install and maintain weighing systems for weighing screw conveyors.
With a screwweigher a complete screwconveyor is mounted in a weighframe.
We choose for a weighframe with pivots, to reduce the effect of the inlet. We can supply just the weighframe itself or the complete system with screwconveyor.
The complete system is made up of a screwconveyor WSC, a weighframe WS911, a speedpickup SPU and an electronics unit.
The weighing system can be installed, in almost any screw conveying system, both existing as new to build.
Thus it is easy to change a volumetric transport into a gravimetric measured and therefore controlled transport.
The weighframe is available in different dimensions, for almost every application, but it has to be judged by one of our specialists.
At the moment we have send our design to the KEMA to get an ATEX certificate.
