In 2004 several new octabin filling systems were supplied and started up, provided with following features:
- rollerbed for infeed and buffering
- automated filling, weighing
- docking system, with integrated seal
- adjustable filling head for variable octabin height
- automated inflation for "shaping" of inliner
- seal unit for closing of liner
- integrated dosing valve for fast filling (500 kg in 25 sec.)
- capacity: 30 up to 60 octabins/h
- storage / buffer rollerbed 5 up to 20 pallet positions
